Linux Workstations on Campus Networks

OTS does not permit Linux on workstations on the "faculty/staff" campus network, and discourages the use of Linux workstations on the campus network in other areas of the network (e.g., labs, classrooms) except in specific cases. Where Linux is used, OTS provides basic security configuration requirements to comply with University System of Maryland and State of Maryland security requirements.

Look Up System Information on a Mac
