Resolve the error: "The User Profile Service Failed the Logon. User Profile Cannot be Loaded."

Try this solution

  1. From the Sign In screen, select the power icon in the lower right and select Restart.
  2. If the issue persists, report it as soon as possible.

Workaround

  1. The computer may be accessible to another person. If possible, have them sign in.
  2. If available, use a laptop computer instead of the built-in instructor computer for the class session.
  3. Move to another classroom if possible.
