Try this solution
From the
Sign In
screen, select the power icon in the lower right and select
Restart
.
If the issue persists, report it as soon as possible.
Workaround
The computer may be accessible to another person. If possible, have them sign in.
If available, use a laptop computer instead of the built-in instructor computer for the class session.
Move to another classroom if possible.
