Resolve the error: "The User Profile Service Failed the Logon. User Profile Cannot be Loaded."
Try this solution
- From the Sign In screen, select the power icon in the lower right and select Restart.
- If the issue persists, report it as soon as possible.
Workaround
- The computer may be accessible to another person. If possible, have them sign in.
- If available, use a laptop computer instead of the built-in instructor computer for the class session.
- Move to another classroom if possible.
