Download and Install Zoom

Get started with Zoom by downloading and installing the client through Zoom's website or the software center.

Sign In to TU Zoom

  1. Open zoom.towson.edu in your browser.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Log in with your NetID Username and Password

Download Zoom from Software Center to a TU Owned Windows Computer

  1. Open the Software Center by selecting the Windows Search icon (magnifying glass at the bottom of the desktop) and entering Software Center in the Search Windows box. Select Software Center from the search results.
  2. Select the Search box in the upper corner of the Software Center window, enter zoom, and press Enter.
  3. Select Zoom Meetings.
  4. Select Install.
  5. After installation, select the Windows Search icon and enter Zoom in the Search Windows box. Select the Zoom desktop app from the search results.
  6. Log in with your NetID Username and Password

Download the Zoom Client to Other Computers

  1. Once signed in, hover over or select Resources at the top of the window and then select Download Zoom Client from the menu. The Downloads page will display.
  2. Select Download.
  3. Run the installer.
  4. When the Zoom Cloud Meetings window appears, select Sign In.
  5. Select Sign In with SSO.
  6. Enter towson-edu in the box and select Continue
  7. Log in with your NetID Username and Password
