- Select User Management.
- Under Search for a Profile to Manage, begin searching for the user you would like to manage, and click on the account after it appears from the results.
- Next, select Manage Profile.
- Scroll down to the field under Primary Supervisor or Sponsor, select it, and start typing the name of the sponsor.
- Select the desired sponsor from the results that populate.
- If you are changing or removing a sponsor. You may need to click the "x" to delete the pre-existing sponsor).
- Note: The three fields adjacent to the Primary Supervisor or Sponsor field will be filled in automatically. These include NetID, Primary TU Email, and TUID.
- Next, scroll to the bottom of the current Profile page, and enter any optional comments in the Requester Comments field at the bottom of the page.
- click the Submit button.
