In rooms with Crestron systems, the screen should automatically descend when the system powers on.
Solution
- Use the Screen menu on the Crestron controller to raise or lower the screen.
- Use the wall switch to raise or lower the screen.
- If the above steps fail to resolve the issue, do not attempt to manually lower the screen; this may result in damage. Report the issue by calling 4-TECH at 410-704-8324 or using the CCLT chat service. Leave a note on the lectern to inform other instructors of the issue.
