This guide details all the buttons on a standard Cisco phone in TU's offices or classrooms. Included are making and answering phone calls, placing calls on hold, answering multiple calls on one line, and transferring calls. It also explains setting up a voicemail, receiving voicemails, sending calls to voicemail, and the standard voicemail commands. Lastly, it explains adjusting the ringer volume, changing ringer sounds, changing background images, changing LCD brightness, and call icons.
