Cisco IP phones are the standard for Voice over IP (VoIP) communication at Towson University. There are three Cisco IP phone models available at TU, and there are phone settings and voicemail management websites applicable to all three. Faculty and staff using Webex to make phone calls can set their desk phones to be the default option when making calls from the app.
