This should be used for requests related to the TechHelp Knowledge Base.
The following requests will be processed as noted below:
- Request for a New KB article - This will be forwarded to the appropriate group whom creates content related to the request.
- Change KB article - This will be forwarded to the appropriate owning group.
- Creation or change of KB category names & visibility permissions
