Request Assistance with an Existing Server
Report a problem or request assistance with an existing hosted server. Specify the server name and be as precise as possible, such as details on error messages, symptoms, dates/times of the incident, and troubleshooting already performed.
Request a Backup or Restore
Request a one-time backup before major changes, or ask for a restore from backup. Include server name and be as specific as possible. For backups, provide desired timing. For restores, identify specific files or full restore, and last known good date/time. OTS can’t guarantee specific restore time.
Submit a Hosting or Chargeback Question

Request New or Change Existing Server
Request a new physical or virtual server, or modify an existing one. For new servers, include the purpose, applications/services, desired specs, and server owner. For changes, specify the update (e.g., specs, retirement). OTS will typically respond within a few business days to 2 weeks.
