Room Scheduling Panels

Room scheduling panels are touch panel displays found outside of classrooms, conference rooms, and huddle spaces on campus.  These are a standard part of new construction projects but also can be retrofitted outside of existing rooms as needed.
 

Scheduling Panel Details

  1. Our standard scheduling panel manufacturer is Crestron.
  2. Panels can be configured to use 25Live (typical classroom) or Outlook (typical conference room), the two main scheduling systems on campus.
  3. Each panel requires a network drop to provide power and data.
  4. Panels connected to Outlook Room Resource calendars can be configured to allow reservations on the panel itself.
