Room scheduling panels are touch panel displays found outside of classrooms, conference rooms, and huddle spaces on campus. These are a standard part of new construction projects but also can be retrofitted outside of existing rooms as needed.
Scheduling Panel Details
- Our standard scheduling panel manufacturer is Crestron.
- Panels can be configured to use 25Live (typical classroom) or Outlook (typical conference room), the two main scheduling systems on campus.
- Each panel requires a network drop to provide power and data.
- Panels connected to Outlook Room Resource calendars can be configured to allow reservations on the panel itself.
- To request more information, report a problem, or to receive pricing information on adding a panel to an existing space, please submit a TechHelp request using the Related Services/Offerings link on this page.
