Who can access Xfinity on Campus?
Students currently living in TU-managed residence halls. This excludes the Capstone-managed properties (Millennium, Tubman & Harris), which have access to Apogee's Stream 2 service instead of Xfinity on Campus.
I'm receiving a "We are unable to determine your campus residency" error. What can I do?
If you are currently living in a TU-managed residence hall, contact OTS. Please note that if you are not living on campus over the summer, you will lose access. Also, residents of Capstone Managed residence halls (Millennium, Tubman, & Harris), have access to Apogee's Stream 2 service instead of Xfinity on Campus.
Do I need to be on TU's Network (tu-secure, tu-openaccess, or the wired network) in order to use Xfinity on Campus?
- Available on the campus network only
- The Xfinity Stream Roku app is only available on TU's network
- Some content on Xfinity on Campus that is marked On Campus
- Available anywhere
- The Xfinity Stream apps for iOS, iPadOS & Android on and off TU's Network (content marked on campus is not available off of the campus network)
- Max (formerly called HBO Max)
- Network-specific apps and websites that are part of our subscription
- Xfinityoncampus.com website (content marked on campus is not available off of the campus network)

Yes, access to the Max apps and website are part of our subscription. At the Xfinity logon page, be sure to select Xfinity on Campus Students, click here.

For questions about add-on subscriptions, monthly billing, or payments, call Xfinity at 877-978-3229. This number can also be found on credit card billing statements and in the online billing portal.
Can I borrow a Roku for access to Xfinity on Campus?
Yes, current TU residents (excluding Capstone residents) may borrow a Roku from Student Multimedia Services in CK 35 while supplies last. It will be due upon move-out.
Is there an additional charge for the DVR service?
No, it is included with Xfinity on Campus.
Where can I get additional assistance?
The TV jack in my room doesn't work, what should I do?
The coax TV jack in your room is inactive.
How do I access Xfinity on Campus?
I can't log into the Xfinity log in page using my TU NetID (username) and password. What do I do?
Do not log into the Sign in with your Xfinity ID page. From that page, click on the Xfinity on Campus students, sign in here link, and follow the prompts to get to the TU login page.
