Add Embedded or Collaborative OneDrive files

Integration for OneDrive is available in Blackboard Ultra. The webpage linked below describes how to add files from OneDrive to your Course Content area, Learning Modules and Folders.

Chrome Settings

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. On the upper right corner click on the 3 dots menu and select Settings
  3. Click on Privacy and Settings
  4. Select Site Settings
  5. Scroll to the bottom and Choose Pop-ups and Redirects
  6. Select the box next to Sites can send pop-ups and use redirect

Errors After Creating Links

Clear Chrome Cache, Cookies and History

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. On the upper right corner click on the 3 dots menu and select Clear Browsing Data...
  3. Select all three options: History, Cookies and Cache and of All time
  4. Click Clear Data
