Microsoft Outlook (Exchange Online)
The Outlook Exchange server is cloud-based. Faculty and staff have 100 GB of storage specifically for email.
OneDrive for Business
OneDrive for Business is a cloud-based solution for faculty, staff and students, supporting file storage, sharing and collaboration.
WordPress
Faculty and staff can publish web pages on the WordPress server at wp.towson.edu.
H Drive
Faculty, staff and student employees have available H Drive (Home Drive) storage, accessible from any on-campus computer and off-campus via Virtual Workspace.
O Drive
Your O Drive (Organization Drive) quota is based on your department’s needs and size, and its contents are accessible to other faculty and staff in your department. For more information, contact your department's director.
Webex
A recorded 60-minute webinar is roughly 50 MB.
Blackboard
The 10 GB per course Blackboard allocation is not affected by student submissions.
