Classroom Crestron Control System Does Not Respond

Solution

  • In rooms with touch panel controllers, press the Start button, press the Power button (on the right side of some touch panels) or tap the screen to wake it. If the display remains unresponsive, press the Finish button, wait 60 seconds and then press the Start button again.
  • In rooms with push button controllers, press the Finish or Off button, wait 60 seconds and then press the Start or On button.
  • If the above steps fail to resolve the issue, report it by calling 4-TECH at 410-704-8324 or using the CCLT chat service. Leave a note on the lectern to inform other instructors of the problem.

Workaround

  1. Move to another classroom or use alternative teaching methods.
