Most TU classrooms have control systems or handheld remote-control systems. If these are not working as intended, try troubleshooting using these steps.
Projector doesn't turn on
- Use the projector’s status lights to verify the power state.
- Single green light: projector is on.
- Single red light: projector is off.
- Any other lights indicate an issue with the projector that should be reported as soon as possible.
- If the classroom has a control system, turn it off (Finish> Yes) and back on (Start> Project).
- Report the problem or missing remote control as soon as possible by calling 4-TECH support at 410-704- 8324, using the CCLT chat service or contacting the academic department.
