General Website Requests
Report issues with the functionality of the university website or Modern Campus CMS (content management system) and submit special requests through the TechHelp ticketing system. Examples of typical requests include:
Problems with functionality and display of snippets.
Unlocking webpages in workflow when a content owner is out of office.
Video embeds.
Deleting old documents from the CMS.
Redirects
Redirects (or aliases) are short URLs redirected to longer URLs (for example, towson.edu/scs to https://www.towson.edu/technology/studentservices) that can be used in publications or easily communicated over the phone.
