If you can't find a knowledge base article with the information you need, you may suggest a new article by submitting a ticket. If you need technical assistance immediately, contact either the Technology Support Desk.
Submit An Article Suggestion
You may suggest a new TechHelp Knowledge Base article by submitting a service request ticket:
- Navigate to TechHelp (TeamDynamix) to submit a ticket.
- Click Request Knowledge Base Change.
- Complete the required fields and provide details for the suggested Knowledge Base article.
- Once you complete the form, click Submit to generate a ticket.
OTS will review the service request and will follow up if any additional information is needed.
