Using AI Design Assistant in Blackboard

The Blackboard AI Design Assistant is a tool in Blackboard Learn Ultra that helps instructors simplify course creation and organization. It provides features such as creating learning modules, test questions, rubrics, and suggesting royalty-free images, all while allowing instructors to maintain control and safeguard their intellectual property.

Accessing AI Assistant

  1. Open https://blackboard.towson.edu in a browser.
  2. Log in with your NetID Username and Password.
  3. Select Courses on the side navigation menu. 
  4. Select your desired Course
  5. Select the Plus sign on your Course Content page
  6. Follow the help documentation below for the specific AI Assistant tool
