Finding the IP Address and MAC address on Xi6 Cable Boxes

In order to find the IP and MAC address, you need to access a secret menu.  Here's how to get to it (you may see extraneous displays on the screen that can be ignored):

  • Hold Exit for 5 seconds
  • Hit Down Arrow, Down Arrow, 2
  • From there, arrow down to the screen that contains the IP and MAC address
