Printing to Wepa From Virtual Workspace, Lab, or Personal Computer

The Windows and MacOS Wepa apps allow you to print from any application without limitation to file types and you can see a print preview to make sure everything is perfect before you print.  It is also the most convenient way to print from lab computers or the Student Desktop on Virtual Workspace.

Installing the App on a Personal Computer

Note that you may skip this section if you are printing from a lab computer or Virtual Workspace.

  1. Download and the app 
  2. If it asks you to set the default printer, choose None if you want to keep an existing printer a default set or choose one of the Wepa options.
  3. When prompted, select This is my personal computer.
  4. Choose Towson University (if you have a TU email) or guest 
  5. Login with your TU NetID (username) and password or wepa account (for guests)

Sending the Print Job

  1. From any application, choose File, Print (or the options for printing in the app you are using)
  2. Choose one of the wepa options depending if you want color, Black & White, single-sided or two-sided 
  3. Review the print preview to make sure everything looks good and hit Print.

Printing 

  1. For quick and touchless printing, you can use the iOS or Android app to set up payment and verify your print job (optional)
  2. Visit any Wepa kiosk and log in by tapping your phone or swiping your OneCard.  Guests may use their Wepa account
