Troubleshoot a Large Format Print for SCS

When a poster fails to print correctly the first time, try the following steps:

1. Convert the file to PDF, if necessary.
2. Open the file in Acrobat Pro DC.
3. Select Tools in the upper left corner of the Acrobat window.
4. Select Optimize PDF under Protect & Standardize.
5. Select Reduce File Size on the Optimize PDF toolbar.
6. Select OK to close the dialog; a Save As dialog will open.
7. Give the file a unique name and save it where you can find it.
8. Print the new version.

When a poster exceeds 42 inches in width, rotate it before printing:

1. Convert the file to PDF, if necessary.
2. Open the file in Acrobat Pro DC.
3. Select View> Show/Hide> Rulers and Grids> Rulers to check the dimensions.
4. Select Tools in the upper left corner of the Acrobat window.
5. Select Organize Pages under Create and Edit.
6. Hover over the thumbnail and select the clockwise/counterclockwise button to rotate 90 degrees.
7. Save the file and print.
