Overview

Zoom’s optional AI features can automatically generate meeting summaries, enhance cloud recordings with highlights and chapters, and suggest responses in Team Chat. These features must be enabled by the host, and participants are notified when AI is being used.

Access Zoom AI Meeting Settings

1. Access the Towson University Zoom Portal
2. Click Sign In and login with the TU account
3. On the left menu click on Settings and Zoom AI
4. Toggle individual features on or off, as available
5. More information about individual features can be found in Zoom's self-help article. 

Note: Towson University only provides Zoom Meetings functionality. Features Locked by Admin are not enabled at TU. Learn more about Security and Privacy for Zoom AI
