View and organize backlogged tasks

When using the Cardwall, the Backlog Manager allows PMs to:

  • view their backlog in TDNext
  • organize it with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface within a browser
  • pull groups of items from the backlog into sprints
  • assign resources to cards with a drag-and-drop interface

Both the backlog and individual sprints will be represented as cardwalls on one or more projects in TeamDynamix. See the TD Knowledge Base article for instructions on how to use the Backlog Manager.
