TD's Capacity Planner is not compatible with Windows 10. Here is the workaround:
- Go to the Virtual Workspace: vw.towson.edu
- Click on the Towson Desktop icon
- Open Horizon Client
- After the desktop is launched, go to the Windows Start up menu (bottom left icon)
- Select TeamDynamix>Capacity Planner
- When the window opens, update the url by changing app to towson so it reads: http://techhelp.towson.edu/TDnext
- Click Save
- Log into Capacity Planner and run desired report.
