Using Capacity Planner with Windows 10

TD's Capacity Planner is not compatible with Windows 10. Here is the workaround:

  1. Go to the Virtual Workspace: vw.towson.edu
  2. Click on the Towson Desktop icon
  3. Open Horizon Client
  4. After the desktop is launched, go to the Windows Start up menu (bottom left icon)
  5. Select TeamDynamix>Capacity Planner
  6. When the window opens, update the url by changing app to towson so it reads: http://techhelp.towson.edu/TDnext
  7. Click Save
  8. Log into Capacity Planner and run desired report.
