Using Capacity Planner with Windows 10

TD's Capacity Planner is not compatible with Windows 10. Here is the workaround:
Go to the Virtual Workspace:
vw.towson.edu
Click on the
Towson Desktop
icon
Open
Horizon Client
After the desktop is launched, go to the
Windows Start up menu
(bottom left icon)
Select
TeamDynamix>Capacity Planner
When the window opens, update the url by changing
app
to
towson
so it reads: http://techhelp.towson.edu/TDnext
Click
Save
Log into
Capacity Planner
and run desired report.
