Assigned Liaisons are unable to add resources to project requests.
While potential resources need to be discussed with directors during Phase II, they can only be added once the request is converted into an EITC or PMOC approved project. This conversion is performed within TeamDynamix by the PMO and then the Project Manager is able to add resources.
