Close a level 1-3 project

Body

Set TD project status to In Close Out.
Update the percent complete to 100%.
Complete the closing doc found on the PPMO SharePoint Site (Level 1 project: use the Project Summary doc, Level 2 or 3 project: use the Project Close Out doc).
Email the completed document to the PPMO Associate Director for review.
The PPMO Director and AD will review and provide any feedback or questions.
When instructed, upload the closing doc to the Briefcase in TeamDynamix.
The PPMO Director will send the closing doc to the CIO for final review and approval.
After CIO approves the closing doc, the PMO will officially close the project in TeamDynamix.
