Requested =requested time (we don't generally use this)
Scheduled=allocated time. This pulls from the Resource hours either input by PM (managing by project) or feeds from the Plan (managing by plan).
Actual=time put to an item (task, etc.). Something that has happened in the past.
Available= 40 minus "scheduled" hours
