Access Virtual Workspace on Windows Using the Windows App

[Students, Faculty and Staff] Access the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) on your computer using the Microsoft Remote Desktop app, and easily access the virtual desktops (e.g., Student Desktop, Towson Desktop, etc.) to which you've been granted access.

Access the Azure Virtual Desktop (a.k.a., AVD) on your Windows computer using the Windows App

Install and configure Windows App

  1. Install and launch Windows App via Software Center.
  2. Sign in using your Towson University credentials

You will see the resources from AVD as pictured below. These will be saved so that whenever you launch the Windows App app and select Devices, AVD will show you the resources you can access.
