Using Akindi in Blackboard

[Faculty] Create an Akindi link inside of your course and use Akindi to create assessments.

Body

Akindi is an online Scantron tool that allows instructors to create exams online. These tests are multiple choice or true/false and can be given in an online or in person format.

Link Akindi to Your Blackboard Course

  1. Navigate to https://blackboard.towson.edu
  2. Log in with your TU Net ID and Password
  3. Enter your Course
  4. On the right side of the course, click View Course and Institution Tools
  5. Scroll down until you find Akindi
    1. Click on the Akinid link if you would like to launch the Akindi tool, but not make it available to your students
    2. Click on the plus + icon to the left of Akindi if you would like to make a link on the course content page. This link can be kept hidden from students so you can access Akindi directly from the content page.
