If you log into Google Apps (including Google Drive and Gmail) and get the error message "This account cannot be accessed because we could not parse the login request," you have been migrated to Outlook and OneDrive and can no longer access your Google account. Your email, including old messages, is available at outlook.towson.edu and your files have been moved to a folder named GDrive at OneDrive.towson.edu. If you check email from your smartphone, you will need to reconfigure your phone to receive email.
Since our Google environment was decommissioned on 10/19/23, there is no way to re enable old Google accounts.
