No camera image
- Select the correct camera in the application (Panopto/WebEx/Zoom) settings.
- Try moving the camera to a different angle using the controls in the Crestron touch panel's Record or Video Camera menu.
- Only one application at a time can access the camera. Close any other applications with camera access.
- If the above steps fail to resolve the problem, restart the computer.
No sound from microphones
- Select the correct audio input in the application (Panopto/WebEx/Zoom) settings.
- Adjust the microphone volume in the application's audio settings menu.
- Set the desired microphone to Use on the Crestron control system's Microphones menu.
- If the above steps fail to resolve the problem, restart the computer.
