Summary
[Faculty] This article allows you to export your course content, save it to the OneDrive, and import it back into Blackboard.
Body
Follow the steps below to learn how to export and save your course to OneDrive, then import it back into Blackboard.
Blackboard courses are retained on the system for 2 years after the course was taught, after which they are archived and removed from Blackboard. It is the instructor's responsibility to export and store a backup of their course. Instructors may also want to download their gradebook, as an export does not contain gradebook data. Once archived, the course is no longer available to be retrieved. Exports are also helpful when a new course is taught, as instructors can upload the .zip file to the new course to utilize the content and organization from the exported course.
