To view actual hours worked on a task (and add additional hours)
- Go to the task list for the appropriate Plan Manager.
- Double-click on a task row to open the Task Details window
- Click on the Work tab in the task detail dialog window - actual hours entered against this task will display at the bottom of the window.
- To add additional time, select the appropriate week and day from the corresponding tabs
- Enter a time type from the "Time Type" dropdown list.
- If you want to add additional actual hours, you can enter them in the Hours textbox, and enter a description of the work performed in the Description textbox.
- Click the "Save" button.
Note that tasks will auto populate your timecard for those users using the Time and Expense application based upon task dates and timesheet date.
